I reserve the right to decline a commission.

My commissions are digital products. There will be no physical item sent to you.

Provide me with at least one full body and full-color reference. I will not work off a written description unless you are commissioning me for a character design.

Extremely complex outfits and armor designs may be simplified for my simpler art styles.

My art style is not perfectly consistent. You must be okay with this before commissioning me.

My turnaround time can range from a few weeks up to two months. Please be okay with waiting a maximum of two months before commissioning me.

Do not rush me during the commission. If you want your piece to be prioritized and finished earlier you may pay a rush fee. (See Payments, Refunds and Cancellations..)

All my prices are in EURO (€) and invoices will be sent via PayPal.

The commission will only be started after full payment unless I have mentioned it otherwise.

If I (the artist) cancels the commission you will always be refunded full price even if I have started your commission.

Do not issue a chargeback. You may request a refund if I haven't started your commission.

If I have started your commission I will refund depending on what stage I am.

You may purchase a priority pass. Your commission will be prioritized and finished within 1 week. The price will always be 2x the commission price.

My artwork is not for commercial use which means you cannot in any way use the art to gain a profit, including but not limited to: Selling copies (digital or printed), paywalling or using the artwork in advertisements. There are extra charges involved if used for commercial use.

The commissioner may not claim my work as theirs.

I am allowed to use the commissioned piece for my portfolio or social media.

Reposting commissioned artwork is allowed as long if I'm credited via a link to any relevant social media.

You are not allowed to use my art in training AI models nor NFT minting.

I do not allow for any major revisions if we pass the sketch phase during a commission. Before the lining phase you can ask for any changes.

Extra fees may apply if you ask for major revisions after the sketching phase of the commission.

Blocking/ghosting the artist (me) during the commission will result in cancelation of the commission and blacklist. You will be refunded depending on how far I am in the commission.

You can resell my designs for the value they were purchased at.

If the design has been traded you cannot resell it unless you've commissioned extra art. Then you are allowed to resell for the price of the commission.

You are free to turn my designs into CS.

You're free to change the design of my adoptables.
